FAQ
Do I have to attend the call to refer people?
No. You can refer anyone at any time — base reward is $500 per closed referral. The 30-min Champions session is how you upgrade to the $750 boosted reward + $50 Reward (Sugarwish gift) + priority handling for your referees.
What if I miss the call I booked?
Reschedule any time — Champion status doesn't expire and there's no penalty. Pick another slot on Calendly when you're ready.
How is the $750 paid?
Cash, via Wise or Stripe. Over $600/year requires a W-9 (standard 1099 process). You can also bank it as 1 year of free Maintenance instead — your choice on each referral.
What counts as "closed"?
Your referee signs a paid engagement with GSA Focus. We attribute referrals to whoever sent them first (first-touch UTM or first direct submission). 12-month close window from the date of attribution.
Can I refer a business I'm part owner of?
No self-referrals. The point is to bring us businesses in your network, not yourself.
What if my referee cancels later?
If they cancel within 90 days of signing, we hold the reward back. After 90 days you keep it regardless of what happens to the engagement.
Will my testimonial / case study be public?
Only with your sign-off. Nothing goes live without you reviewing and approving the final version.
